Delivery Service Terms and Conditions
| Order Procedure: |
Orders may be placed on the phone paid for by credit card or cash. Our Delivery Service team is available everyday from 4:30 pm-9:00 pm to answer any questions you may have.
Orders may be placed any day when the service is available and restaurants presented in our catalog are open for business. Orders over $200.00 require 2-3 hours advanced notice.
We are happy to process late orders, however we cannot guarantee delivery time or specific food selection but we will endeavor to meet your requirements. A surcharge may apply and details will be provided at the time of your order. |
| Order Confirmation: |
| We will confirm your ONLINE order by phone. If you have not received confirmation from us within 10 minutes, please call the Delivery Service team 847-864-1936. |
| Order Amendment and Cancellation: |
| If you wish to amend your order, you must do this by 10 minutes after the order is received. Catering orders placed in advance may be cancelled only within 2-hour advance notice. No cancellation fee will apply. |
| Deliveries: |
We will discuss delivery options with you before you place your first order.
Routine deliveries are made Monday thru Sunday. Holidays are subject to special arrangement including availability of the restaurants in our catalog.
All orders will be delivered to the main reception area of your company or to your residence. A signature and printed name will be required for proof of delivery on credit card orders.
We will endeavor to deliver your order within the time frame requested. However we cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control, traffic or accidents may occur. |
| Minimum Orders and Delivery Charges: |
A minimum food cost of $15.00 (Dinner) is required.
Deliveries will be subject to a minimum order value and delivery charge based on zones defined in our catalog or our web site. Details will be provided at the time of order. |
| Payment Methods: |
| We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover®, Traveler's checks paid to the order of Delivery2you.com Co., and cash. We do not accept Dinner's Club, personal or corporate checks. |
| Substitutions: |
| Delivery2you.com Delivery Service will endeavor to deliver your exact order but we do operate a fresh food policy. Substitutions, exchanges or cancellation of the items ordered will be done only with customer permission within the appropriate time frame. |
| Customer Complaints: |
| Our aim is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service or products received from Delivery2you.com Delivery Service, please contact Customer Service at 847-864-1936 within 2 hours of delivery. Every call placed 12-24 hours after the delivery has been made will be subject to review and cancellation fee. In certain cases, a refund will not be issued. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and staff development purposes. |

| 1. How do I place an order? |

| 2. What fees do we charge? |
| Our fees vary. We charge different fees based on your distance from the restaurant. Your fee will be quoted over the phone. For current rates follow the link. We also require a minimun of $15.00 of food cost. Corporate or catering orders have different rules. |
| 3. How will my food be transported? |
| We use large, insulated bags, which can carry up to 2-3 very good size orders. We keep cold and hot food in different containers and bags. |
| 4. How long will it take? |
| Average delivery time is 60-75 minutes. However, inclimate weather, long food preparation time, peak hours and the EXTREMELY LARGE AREA WE COVER, all influence delivery times. When placing your order, you will be quoted an estimated delivery time. We strive to keep you informed of the progress of your delivery. |
| 5. What if I want to add, change or cancel my order? |
| Adding to an order may delay your delivery time and can be done only if the driver has not left the restaurant. Canceling may be done 10 min after the order has been placed. If the restaurant began the order preparation, the order can not be canceled. |
| 6. How does the Delivery Driver get paid? |
| Our Delivery Drivers take pride in making certain your order is correct and fresh when it arrives. A 10-15% gratuity is customary, however we dont require customers to pay gratuity, because it is included in the order total. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. |
| 7. What about using restaurant gift certificates or coupons? |
| At this moment we do not sell gift certificates and we do not accept any restaurant gift certificates or coupons for delivery. Please, review our coupons here |
